Waffle Flower March 2023 Release Blog Hop & Giveaway

Welcome to the Waffle Flower March Release Blog Hop! I’m happy to be hopping with the folks from Waffle Flower to show you all the fun new stuff awaiting you on the Waffle Flower website! 1. Cut the Paw Print Texture Die from a piece of white cardstock. Cut the Oversized Friend Print die from Pitch Black cardstock three times and adhere together. Cut the Friend Shadow die from vellum.

2. Line up the first stencil from the Paw Print Stencil and add a rainbow of ink colors. Repeat for the second stencil using darker inks. The colors I used are listed and linked below.

3. Add the background panel to an A2 card base with a strong adhesive.

4. Adhere the Friend die cut to the vellum shadow with Bearly Arts Precision Glue. Add to card with the new Black Foam Strips.

5. Use Black Foam Strips to adhere the Friends and Family Subsentiments die cuts. Finish the card with a white clay heart on a paw print.

*shaker sequins from a big box craft store but I don’t recommend them. They don’t shake!*

1. Die cut the large Paw Print die from a piece of 4 x 5 1/4” white cardstock.

2. Apply Ocean Breeze ink over the Paw Print Stencil, starting in the center and fading out. Repeat for the second stencil with Aquamarine ink.

3. Die cut both Paw Print Dies at the same time three times. Tape them together before cutting so the match up.

4. Add Aquamarine ink to the front of an A2 card base only behind the paw print opening is. Add the same ink to one paw print die cut.

5. Adhere all die cuts together using Bearly Arts Precision Glue then place over the paw print opening.

6. Place acetate behind the paw print window and add a double layer of foam tape around the opening, being careful to avoid gaps.

7. Place the sequins on the card base and lay the front panel over it.

8. Add sentiments and a clay heart to card front.

1. Add Coral Reef ink over the first Paw Print Stencil, starting at the center and fading out. Repeat with second stencil with Passion Fruit ink. Add a soft layer of Coral Reef ink over stenciling.

2. Die cut the Oversized Friend Print die three times and the small Paw Prints Die six times for details and three times for solid piece.

3. Add Doe ink to one layer of all die cuts. Adhere pieces together so there are three paw prints and one word die cut.

4. Die cut the stenciled panel with the Scalloped Window Trio die. Cut the panel to 4 x 5 1/4”. This is a good time to make sure everything is straight and even.

5. Add stenciled panel to an A2 card base with foam tape and the die cut windows flat with liquid glue.

6. Assemble and adhere a paw print in each window. Place the Oversized Friend Die Cut below windows.

7. Add subsentiment with a foam strip and a red heart to each paw print.

1. Die cut a piece of white cardstock with the Paw Print Texture Die and adhere to an A2 card base.

2. Die cut the Bone and Bow Die from white cardstock. Add Warm Buff ink to bone and Berrylicious ink to bow.

3. Adhere bone with thin foam squares. Place the bow on the bone with a thin foam square.

4. Add sentiment strips with foam strips and a red heart with liquid glue.

1. Add Aquamarine ink and Grassy Knoll ink to a piece of 4 1/4x 5 1/2” white cardstock. Place first stencil and add Aquamarine and Grassy Knoll inks. Repeat for second stencil with Mermaids Cove and Key Lime inks.

2. Die cut the Scalloped Window Trio die from the inked panel.

3. Die cut three dogs from Best Friend Die set twice. Ink one of each style with Doe ink. Adhere together with Bearly Arts Precision Glue.

4. Stamp the sentiment from #1 Dad Sentiment Stamp set using Altenew Obsidian Pigment Ink.

5. Adhere panel to an A2 card base with foam tape. Add the window cut outs with liquid glue.

6. Adhere dogs with thin foam squares. Place a white heart on one dog with liquid glue.

1. Die cut a piece of white cardstock with the Woven Pattern die and stencil it with Jumbo Checker Stencil Ocean Breeze and Mint inks. Adhere to an A2 card base.

2. Die cut all the pieces from the Toolbox Die set. Ink them up with Aquamarine, Doe and inks.

3. Stamp one sentiment from #1 Dad Sentiment Stamp set on the toolbox with Altenew Obsidian Pigment Ink and another on a strip of white cardstock with Mermaid Cove ink.

4. Add foam adhesive strips to the handle, sides and bottom of the toolbox then and place on card. Then add the tools with a combination of liquid glue a foam adhesive strips.

5. Add the sentiment with foam adhesive strips and a small heart to the toolbox.

      Thank you! I didn’t list them because they don’t shake around. They kept getting stuck to each other. They came from a big box craft store. I just added a not to my post about them.
