Spellbinders & Simon Hurley Photosynthesis Collection

There’s a new release today from Spellbinders and Simon Hurley called Photosynthesis. I’ve got a card to share using several products from this collection.

1. Hot foil the Modern Stripes Glimmer Plate twice on Hammermil Cardstock with Skybright Hot Foil Roll. Cut panel to 4 x 5 1/4” and add to an A2 card base.

2. Die cut the Daffodil Frame Dies from a variety of cardstocks. I cut the frame once from Waterfall cardstock. The daffodil insert and frame were cut together twice from white cardstock and once from Fern Cardstock. The individual flower and leaf pieces were cut twice each from Chamomile, Sunkissed and Shamrock cardstock.

3. Adhere die cut pieces together with Bearly Arts Precision Glue. Add assembled daffodil piece to card.

4. Hot foil the sentiment from Must Have Sentiments Glimmer Plate using Aura Hot Foil Roll on Hammermil Cardstock. Cut out with coordinating dies and adhere to card with thin foam squares and liquid glue.

5. Adhere Magic Gold Jewels to center of flowers and a few Aquamarine Jewels throughout.

  1. This is so beautiful! I love the background and how it is a foil for the flower… it’s something but not too much. The daffodils are beautiful. Love the whole thing!
