Spellbinders May Clubs

Hello! Today I’m using six of the Spellbinders clubs for May in various combinations on these happy celebration cards. There’s a new and unique glimmer kit this month

This card will require an envelope larger than an A2 envelope because of the bulk.

1. Hot foil sentiment from the May Glimmer of the Month on white cardstock with Rainbow Confetti Hot Foil Roll.

2. Die cut around the sentiment then cut the balloon around it.

3. Cover the foiling and apply Hero Glitter Paste over Star Bright Stencil. Set aside to dry.

4. Add acetate to the back of the panel, then add a double layer of foam tape around opening leaving no gaps. Fill the well with a rainbow of flat sequins.

5. Emboss a panel with the with the May Embossing Folder of the Month. Add over the foam tape. I usually add a bit of liquid glue as an extra precaution. Place something heavy over shaker and let dry.

6. Add a few rainbow sequins to the front. Adhere to an A2 card base.

1. Die cut the May Stitching Die of the Month from white cardstock. Adhere panel and all pieces to an A2 card base with strong adhesive tape.

2. Die cut stitching balloons from a rainbow of cardstock scraps. I placed a color over each balloon to do two at a time.

3. Stitch each balloon in a matching color of thread. I used three strands at a time for a nice full look.

4. Adhere each balloon with thin foam squares or adhesive tape. I followed the design on the pattern to decide how to layer them.

5. Hot foil sentiment from Making Me Smile Glimmer Sentiments on Onyx Cardstock using Opaque White Foil Roll and cut out with coordinating die. Add to card with thin foam squares.

6. Adhere rainbow sequins throughout.

1. Emboss a piece of white cardstock diagonally with the May Embossing Folder of the Month. Adhere to an A2 card base with foam tape.

2. Die cut balloons from the May Large Die of the Month from a rainbow of cardstock colors and the strings from silver cardstock.

3. Die cut the sentiment from the May Large Die of the Month once from Brushed Black Cardstock and twice from Onyx cardstock. Adhere together.

4. Adhere the balloons with thin foam squares and Bearly Arts Precision Glue. Add the sentiment over balloon strings with liquid glue.

5. Add a variety of rainbow sequins throughout.

1. Die cut the pieces in the May Large Die of the Month from a variety of cardstock colors (listed and linked below) with the sentiment cut from Purple Glitter Foam.

2. Emboss the May Embossing Folder of the Month on white cardstock and adhere to an A2 card base.

3. Assemble and adhere banner to the card using thin foam squares and liquid glue.

4. Adhere flowers with thin foam squares and the leaves and stems with liquid glue.

5. Add Fashion Lilac Color Essentials Pearl Dots to flower centers and throughout card.

1. Emboss the May 3D Embossing Folder of the Month on white cardstock and adhere to an A2 card base.

2. Die cut the pieces of the May Small Die of the Month from Purple Mist, Lilac Blossom, Royal Amethyst cardstocks, silver mirror cardstock and Purple Glitter Foam.

3. Assemble plane and banner and adhere to card with liquid glue. The sentiment on the banner is backed with the Purple Glitter Foam

4. Add Fashion Lilac Color Essentials Pearl Dots throughout.

1. Hot foil the sentiment from Balloon Greetings Sentiments using Satin Pastel Hot Foil Roll on Hammermil cardstock.

2. Die cut the center of a piece of white cardstock with the Circle dies. Cut a piece of Purple Mist cardstock with the next smaller and Lilac Blossom cardstock with the next smaller.

3. Emboss the white die cut panel with the May 3D Embossing Folder of the Month. I situated it so the open area was where the hole is.

4. Adhere embossed panel to purple with thin foam squares. Add the purples together along with foiled piece with liquid glue.

5. Adhere to an A2 card base with adhesive tape. Add Fashion Lilac Color Essentials Pearl Dots throughout.

You have until May 27th to subscribe and receive the May products. Some clubs have been selling out before then so don’t wait too long.

Thanks for visiting!

Your cards are absolutely beautiful. I wish your glimmer card was a video so we could see how it is put together.
