I created a very soft background on this card using products from the February 2024 release. Keeping the other elements mostly white kept the background from getting lost but also kept the focus on the dove and window.
1. Heat emboss the Words of Peace Bold Prints with White Detail Embossing Powder on Deluxe Smooth White Cardstock. Blend Mist Core Ink over embossing.
2. Die Cut the Groovy Window Die into an A2 panel of Deluxe Smooth White Cardstock. Cut the Dove and Olive Branch Fancy Die from the same cardstock.
3. Color the dove and olive branch with OLO Markers.
4. Add a light amount of Mist Core Ink to the edges of the die cut panel. I didn’t even re-ink my blending brush.
5. Stamp the sentiment from the Cosmos and Lavender Bundle with Intens-ified Black Ink and cut out.
6. Add pieces to an A2 card base with Precision Glue XL and thin foam squares.
