Spellbinders Tulip Garden Collection By Simon Hurley

The new Tulip Garden Collection from Spellbinders and Simon Hurley is absolutely beautiful! I love the 3D embossing folder with the coordinating stencils. And the tulip dies are perfect. The instructions for both cards are basically the same but I’ve noted when they are different.

1. Dry Emboss a half sheet of Neenah Solar White Cardstock using the Twirling Tulips 3D Embossing Folder. To create both of these cards you’ll need to dry emboss the other half sheet as well.

2. Using the stencils found in the Twirling Tulips 3D Embossing Folder and Stencil Bundle, color the embossed images with a variety of Pawsitively Saturated Inks. Ink colors listed and linked below.

3. Die cut the pieces in the Tulip Trios Die Set. Color them with the same inks used for the stenciling.

4. Cut the panels to desired size. For the A2 card, die cut the Mirrored Arched Labels from Vellum then again from Brushed White Cardstock with two at once to make a frame. Cut frame twice more and adhere all pieces together. Add to A2 panel

5. Die cut the sentiments and shadows from the Handwritten Sentiments Die set out of white cardstock. Ink die cuts with desired ink and adhere to shadow.

6. Assemble and adhere flowers to card. Add to card base then add Clear Sparkle Lacquer to edge of flowers.

Head over to Spellbinders to see the entire March release. Thanks for visiting!
