The April 2026 Small Die of the Month from Spellbinders is called Pansy Seed Company. It features pansy dies, a pot and a decorative edge die. I wasn’t sure how these colors would work together. Despite them not being traditional pansy colors, I like how they look on the card. Plus I added just a bit of glitter cardstock for texture and shine.
1. Glimmer hot foil the April Press and Foil of the Month with Aura Hot Foil Roll on Alabaster ColorWheel Cardstock.
2. Die cut the pieces from the April Small Die of the Month out of Terra Cotta, Cinnamon, Truffle, Rainforest, Fern, Chiffon, Bellini, Sicily, Coral, Wild Berry, Merlot, Beeswax and Classic White ColorWheel Cardstock plus Onyx Glitter Cardstock.
3. Assemble die cut pieces then adhere to panel. The only pieces popped up on foam squares are the flowers themselves.
4. Hot foil a sentiment from the April Press and Foil of the Month with Aura Hot Foil Roll on Alabaster ColorWheel Cardstock. Cut out with coordinating die then cut another from Matte Gold Cardstock. Adhere together offset.
5. Add sentiment to panel with thin foam squares. Finish with Gold Color Essentials Gems throughout.
