The September Embossing Folder of the Month from Spellbinders is a lovely basic design that’s perfect for use on lots of cards. The card I’m sharing here is based on a card I created several years ago. I love to show off leaves in autumn colors.

1. Emboss a panel of Fawn ColorWheel Cardstock using the September Embossing Folder of the Month.
2. Die cut leaves from the September Small Die of the Month out of Tuscan, Coral and Pomegranate ColorWheel Cardstock plus Gold Glitter Cardstock.
3. Add shading to leaves using Spicy Mustard, Pink Grapefruit and Plum Core Inks.
4. Adhere colored leaves to glitter leaves, offset.

5. Heat emboss a sentiment from the September Clear Stamp and Die of the Month with Gold Embossing Powder. Cut out with coordinating die. Cut a second out of Gold Glitter Cardstock. Adhere together offset.
6. Adhere leaves and sentiment to embossed panel using thin foam adhesive.
7. Add Gold Sequins throughout card panel.
