The November Stitching Die of the Month from Spellbinders makes an adorable party hat. It can be used with or without the stitching detail. I chose to create this card without the stitching this time. I love that about many of the Spellbinders stitching dies.
1. Cut the hat pieces from the November Stitching Die of the Month out of Waterfall and Beeswax ColorWheel Cardstock and Lemon Glitter Cardstock for the pompom.
2. Die cut the largest Playful Stitched Panels Die out of Classic White ColorWheel Cardstock then emboss using the November 3D Embossing Folder of the Month.
3. Use the Playful Stitched Panels Die to create an A2 card base by cutting from a folded piece of white cardstock, letting the cutting edge hang over the fold slightly. Adhere embossed panel.
4. Adhere hat and pom pom using thin foam adhesive.
5. Die cut the sentiment die out of Waterfall ColorWheel Cardstock and the solid layer from Moonstone Glitter Cardstock. Adhere together slightly offset. Add to card with thin foam adhesive.
6. Die cut flowers from Just Add Cake, Fluff, Frost and Roll, Made With Love die sets out of Lemon, Moonstone and Shimmering Pool Glitter Cardstock. Adhere to card with liquid cardstock. Add Spectrum Color Essentials Gems to flower centers.
