Hello! Colorado Craft Company has just released a new Kris Lauren collection and it’s just as wonderful as the first. I just love the little mice but it’s wonderful that there are other, less cutesy stamp options as well. Be sure to read to the end for giveaway details.
1. Stamp the images from the Perfect Blend stamp set with Intense Black Ink. Color with Copic markers linked below and die cut with coordinating dies.
2. Ink blend Splash Reactive Ink on to a piece of 4 1/4” x 5 1/2” white cardstock.
3. Cut a piece of white cardstock to make a hill for the card and ink blend Key Lime Fizz and Green Apple Reactive Inks.
4. Die cut three clouds from the Color Block Cloudscape die set, cutting a straight edge at the bottom.
5. Add clouds to the inked panel with foam tape or liquid glue.
6. Add the grass with foam tape.
7. Adhere the house flat to the clouds and grass. Place the little mouse in the handle.
8. Die cut two extra blanks for the walking mouse, adhere together and add to card.
9. Add butterflies with foam tape.
10. Stamp the sentiment from the Daffodil Mice stamp set with Pool Party Reactive Ink and die cut with coordinating dies. Die cut two blanks and adhere together then to the card.
11. Adhere panel to the card. Add white gel pen highlights throughout and black glaze pen to eyes.
I chose not to die cut the window since I was placing the mouse right there. If I had, I would have die cut several extra windows to build up dimension.

This is one of my favorite sets and you have given me so many ideas for it. The cloud dimension really adds to the fun and fancy of this card! Adding white highlights is another tip I need to remember. Beautiful card.
