Hello! When I received the June My Monthly Hero kit, it was one week after we got our new puppy and three days until my husbands birthday. Of course, I had to make him a slimline puppy card!

1 Die cut a slimline panel using the largest Slimline and Bookmark Infinity dies from Neenah Solar White cardstock.

2. Add Spalsh and Blue Raspberry Reactive Ink to the top and Green Apple and Key Lime Fizz to bottom. Set aside to dry.

3. Stamp the dog, bunch of balloons and three single balloons on Neenah Solar White cardstock with Intense Black Ink. Color and die cut images. I colored them with the following Copic markers: R32, R35, R39; YR00, YR02, YR07; Y11, Y15, Y17; YG00, YG03, YG17; B24, B26, B28; BG000, BG11, BG15; V01, V06, V09, E53, E55, E57, E59.

4. Stamp sentiments in Intense Black Ink and paw print with Root Beer Reactive Ink.

5. Add balloons and dog to panel with thin foam squares. Add hat to dog with a thin foam square as well.

6. Add single balloons flat to panel.

7. Create a slimline card base cut to 8 1/2” x 7” and scored and folded at 3 1/2”.

8. Stamp sentiment and dog on inside of card with Intense Black Ink.

9. Add panel to card base with adhesive tape.

10. Add white gel pen highlights to images.

Such a fun and quick card to make. My husband loved it! Have you left a comment on my post from Monday for a chance to win a $50 voucher to Hero Arts? You have until Sunday, June 13 to do so.

Thanks for visiting!
